Who we are

Maya (mayasdr.com) is an AI sales development representative service operated by Maya Inc. Contact: privacy@mayasdr.com.

What we collect

• Account data: email address, name, organization name, hashed password.
• Campaign data: lead lists you upload or that we discover on your behalf, email drafts, reply transcripts.
• Sending metadata: SMTP/IMAP credentials you provide for your own inboxes (encrypted at rest), send logs.
• Billing: handled by Stripe; we store only the Stripe customer ID, never card data.

What we do with it

We process the above strictly to operate the service you signed up for: discovering prospects, generating personalized email drafts, sending them through your inboxes, classifying replies. We do not sell your data, share it with advertisers, or use it to train third-party models.

Your rights

You can export all data associated with your account at any time via GET /api/me/export (also available as a button under Settings → Account). You can delete your account from Settings → Account; we hard-delete all tenant data 30 days after the deletion request. To exercise GDPR rights (access, rectification, erasure, portability) outside the app, email privacy@mayasdr.com.

Data retention

Active account: data retained for the life of the account. Deleted account: 30-day grace period, then hard delete. Backups containing your data are rotated out within 90 days of deletion.

Security

TLS in transit, encryption at rest for credentials. Passwords are bcrypt-hashed. We do not have access to your inbox passwords in plaintext after they are stored.

Changes

We'll notify active customers by email at least 30 days before any material change.
